Beneath the brilliance of a hundred twinkling lights, draped by the woods that shelter Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California, on the 9th of July 2016, Julie & Brandon declared I do. This official seal of love & commitment was a long time coming—five years, two months & eight days—to be exact. And although their longtime dream became reality at last, it was hard not to believe we weren’t dreaming anyway, with all the magic in the air that day. It began, as expected, in the most incredible location: a Woodland Hills mansion, formerly owned by none other than Frank Sinatra. The Prince Weddings team caught up with Julie & Brandon here, and were thrilled to capture the preparations of the day in such an impeccable home. Following the final spritz of perfume, the last laces to be fastened, & the wonderful gifts exchanged, it was time to make it over to Calamigos Ranch. We find ourselves inspired every time we come to this stunning estate, as it is rich with adornments & welcoming in their hospitality. Julie & Brandon secured The Pavilion At North Point within the ranch, which comes equipped with a beautiful reception & ceremony site, a vast field, and a stunning ferris wheel—iconic to the grandeur of the Ranch.
