Skirball Cultural Center Wedding | David + Marilyn
Weddings as magical as Marilyn & David’s are imperative because they inspire the kind of Love we should all aspire to have—for the friends and family that want to be married, who maybe don’t quite know it yet, and even for the already married—for Love shifts and grows and matures over time. And what was clear to us at Prince Weddings is that the love Marilyn & David have is in fact special— it is unique and encouraging, and we were honoured to be present to capture it. The day started out as most fairy tales do, with a charming young man and a beautiful bride, and faraway locations atop the fairest of hills, or in this case, the beautiful Hotel Angeleno of Los Angeles. Our Cinematography team consisting of Nathan, Elizabeth, Jamie and Frank, caught up with the couple here as their preparations for the day came to completion. With the lipstick dry and cufflinks set, it was time at last for Marilyn & David’s first look. The couple’s reaction was priceless, but not nearly as valuable as the smiles of their friends and family that came from their first kiss as husband and wife, hours later at the always lavish Skirball Cultural Center of Los Angeles. It was here the wedding grew into a spectacular celebration of life and love, and that the day had finally come for Marilyn & David’s to be united.
